“ I’ve been stopping in at Cousin’s in DFW airport at B43 for years. This day I had a chopped brisket sandwich in toasted w/ cheesy corn and iced tea. The staff is always friendly, and I know most of the weekday morning crew now. They’re always friendly and working with smokes in their faces. JJ runs a great crew — especially with Daniel & Sarah and the others working with him. ”
“ I was skeptical of airport BBQ, but I had the BBQ brisket sandwich, recommended by the cashier, and my man was right. It was excellent. I’m not sure what the negative review are about, but it was excellent! Only complaint is that it’s too expensive for the portion. But I’d absolutely eat it again! ”
“ Nice they have a separate breakfast menu in the mornings. I Had their biscuits and gravy this morning in DFW Terminal B while waiting for my flight. The biscuits were light and fluffy - great! Their sausage gravy was tasty, but a bit too oily vs creamy and FAR too salty. (I like salty and well seasoned, but this was on the verge of inedible) I added bacon, which was delicious and Smokey. Definitely overpriced for what it is - but it’s the airport constant which is unfortunate. ”
“ Zero complaints at Cousins BBQ. Brisket was flavorful and tender. The jalapeño sausage wasn’t too spicy. The street corn did have a little kick to it. And the mac & cheese was cheesy. Healthy portions for all. Highly recommend! ”
“ If you’ve made it all the way to Texas, you probably don’t want to either start (or finish) your culinary journey at this place. Don’t get me wrong. It’s decent standard for being a fast food BBQ - but who wants fast food BBQ? Grab something else at the airport, and save your traditional Texas meals for the other side of the security checks. - Value for money? No - Worth a detour? No - Best for (occasion)? None - Would I go back? No ”
“ Solid BBQ spot. Moist brisket and love the blackened end. Spicy sauce is clutch. Good service. Clean. Easy to sit and dine or take out. ”
“ Had a brisket sandwich and fries. Good taste, although a bit salty. Fries were mostly nice and crunchy. Baked potato looked good, but did not have one. Bbq sauce had a good flavor. Drink refills on soda, Coke products. Will eat here again on another trip through DFW, Terminal B. At time of posting, the DFW map doesn’t show the location down by gates B41-49, past the Skylink, which is the location I went to. ”
“ “Great BBQ for an airport stop! Brisket was tender, sides were fresh, and service was quick and friendly. Perfect meal while waiting for my flight.” ”
